The hotel had blood on the sheets in the rooms, but they also had some little extra toiletries that you would normally find at a high-end motel. The rooms had air conditioning and a ceiling fan, which was very nice to help spread the cool air around the room. The overall environment was clean and well-lighted.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I found the room to have a bad water leak with mold growing, and dirty linen hanging on the door, which was disappointing. However, the staff, despite some issues with entering the room, were very hospitable. The location was a bit tricky to find, but it was close to the interstate and many restaurants. The dining experience offered a standard continental breakfast with freshly brewed coffee, although there was little variation from one day to the next. Overall, the hotel had room for improvement but also had some positive aspects.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were well-designed, especially during Cheyenne Frontier Days, but being located on the street side posed some noise concerns. The service, particularly from the housekeeping staff, was exceptional in handling issues like a malfunctioning AC. The location, while convenient for accessing the Interstate and eateries like Outback Steakhouse, may have felt ordinary due to its proximity to train lines. The dining options varied, with some surprises in the food selection, but the absence of a coffee pot was noted. The facilities served their purposes, with some minor inconveniences to adjust to like the temperature control, ultimately affecting the overall value for money.
